A guided Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) session to reset the nervous system, recharge energy, and restore clarity - while reinforcing optimal breathing mechanics. Includes a simple strategy for staying composed under pressure.

  • Studies link NSDR-style practices to reduced anxiety and improved sleep quality. For workplaces, NSDR functions like a mental reset: restoring clarity, aiding recovery, and helping staff refocus during demanding schedules.

    • Experience a structured 15–20 minute NSDR protocol

    • Develop a personalised “composure under pressure” strategy

    • Reinforce breathing mechanics for recovery and resilience

  • Teams under sustained pressure: leadership, shift-based staff, and knowledge workers.

  • 60 minutes | Online or in person

  • Guided NSDR audio (recommended 2-3x per week).
