A typical first session with Jack usually includes:
A conversation about your goals, needs, and any prior experience with breathwork
Time to ask questions and clarify what you’d like to achieve
An assessment of your current breathing patterns and tendencies
Education around healthy breathing mechanics (nasal, gentle, slow, expansive) and why they matter
Guided practice of a calming breathwork exercise so you can feel the immediate benefits of nervous system regulation
Personalised advice or a program to help you move toward your goals

Yes — when guided professionally, breathwork is safe for most people.
However, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Hot & Cold Immersion have some health contraindications such as:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Cardiovascular disease
Severe mental health conditions
A health and safety waiver must be signed before participating in these sessions. If required, Jack may ask you to consult your health professional before beginning. If you have questions or concerns about your health and ability to participate safely, just ask Jack. He can talk you through options and adapt sessions to suit your situation.

Yes. Personalised Programs, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and many Workshops can all be run either in person or online via Zoom.
