  • Two sessions per day of 10–20 minutes is ideal (can be adapted to suit your schedule or stacked with your training routine).*

    *Eight sessions are the typical structure as this allows for around 66 days, a widely recognized timeframe for habit formation. Some clients may need fewer sessions if they already have strong breathing awareness, while others may choose to go beyond eight sessions for continued support.
