What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is more than simply “taking deep breaths.” It is the science and practice of understanding how the way we breathe affects the body and mind, and how we can use breathing intentionally to change our state.

      Establishing optimal breathing habits such as nasal, gentle, slow and expansive breathing patterns that maximise oxygen delivery and calm the nervous system

    • NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest): protocols that mimic restorative sleep states, reducing anxiety and improving clarity
