Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, science-informed practice that uses a high-ventilation, continuous breathing pattern (without pauses between inhalation and exhalation, typically through the mouth) to shift physical, mental and emotional states.

What to expect in a session

  • You’ll be invited to arrive with a focus or intention — for example, reconnecting with your confidence, letting go of fear, getting clear on what’s most important, or simply exploring the experience.

  • We begin with a short conversation to understand your experience with breathwork, answer any questions, and clarify your goals. Jack will then walk you through the process and technique, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable. You’ll also practice a short sample before the main session.

  • Around 10 minutes of slow, calming nasal breathing helps regulate the nervous system and bring you into the present moment.

  • Approximately 30 minutes of high-ventilation, conscious connected breathing. This is where the shift happens. You’ll be supported to breathe at a pace that feels right to you, always in control with no pressure to push. Many people experience emotional release, physical sensations, or profound states of clarity and insight.

  • The session closes with a gentle return to nasal breathing and music that helps the body integrate the experience. Many leave with a deep sense of calm, connection, and renewed clarity.

  • You’ll have time to come back at your own pace. Sharing reflections or journaling is welcomed, and Jack can provide further integration support through his coaching training if desired.

  • Within 1–2 days you’ll receive a follow-up message to check in, answer questions, and offer support.
