Conscious Connected Breathwork

Deep Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, science-informed practice using a high-ventilation, continuous breathing pattern (without pauses between inhalation and exhalation, typically through the mouth) to shift physical, mental, and emotional states.

This style of breathwork can support:

  • Stress relief and emotional release

  • Bypassing the prefrontal cortex for intuitive insight

  • Increased clarity, focus, and energy

  • A deeper sense of safety, calm, and connection

Jack is one of New Zealand’s only breath science practitioners who creates a grounded, supportive environment to guide you safely through this transformational process.

What to Expect in a Session

Each 1.5-hour session is unique to the individual but typically follows this gentle structure:

1. Setting Your Intention
You’ll be invited to come with a focus or intention — for example, reconnecting with confidence, letting go of fear, or simply exploring the experience.

2. Conversation and Preparation
We begin with a short conversation to understand your experience with breathwork (if any), answer any questions, and clarify your goals. Jack will then walk you through what to expect, including the breathing technique and the full process, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed. You'll also be coached through a short practice of the technique.

3. Grounding
The session begins with around 10 minutes of slow, calming nasal breathing to help regulate the nervous system and settle into the present moment.

4. Breathwork Journey
Approximately 30 minutes of high-ventilation, conscious connected breathing. This is where the shift happens. You’ll be supported to breathe at a pace that feels right for you — there's no pressure to "push" anything. You are always in control and can slow down, stop, or adapt the breath at any point. Many people experience emotional release, physical sensations, or deep states of insight and presence.

5. Integration
The final part of the session includes a return to nasal breathing and several songs to help the body integrate the experience and shift into a deep sense of calm. Many people leave with a profound feeling of clarity, connection, and peace.

6. Closing-
You’ll be given time to gently come back at your own pace. You're welcome to share insights or reflections — or simply journal quietly. Jack's training as a certified transformational coach means he can support deeper integration if you wish to talk.

7. Aftercare
You’ll receive a follow-up message within a day or two to check in, answer questions, and offer support.
