Learn and experience sauna and (optional) cold immersion guided with breath and mindset tools. Staff apply new skills under moderate challenge in a safe, energising way.

Paired with breathwork, staff learn to self-regulate under challenge - a skill directly transferable to high-pressure workplace situations.
