Led by Jack, one of New Zealand’s most highly trained breathwork professionals, this program draws on cutting-edge breath science methods. Jack holds an advanced Breath Science Certification from Performance Through Health — a level of training that sets a new standard in New Zealand’s breathwork space.
What’s included:
8x 45–60 min 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom or in-person in Dunedin)
Custom progress tracker & weekly implementation plan (via Google Sheets)
Ongoing message or email support (secure and consistent)
Follow-along videos & educational resources tailored to your needs
Tools to monitor progress: BOLT score, CO₂ tolerance, perceived stress, nasal breathing ability, and general wellbeing
