Jack’s approach blends transformational coaching (based on neuroscience and positive psychology) with informal mentoring-style support, depending on your needs.

You might use this time to:

  • Make confident, values-aligned decisions

  • Work through blocks, uncertainty, or overwhelm

  • Ask about Jack’s own breathwork and coaching journey

Jack is professionally trained by Coach Masters Academy in transformational coaching and has a strong background in breathwork and performance. He meets each session with honesty, calm, and a practical, client-led approach.

These sessions are designed to create powerful insight, followed by a personalised game plan and accountability to move forward - no fluff, just real and lasting change.
